Chancellor Associates began 50 years ago with the purchase of a small high-rise apartment building in Center City Philadelphia. The company continued to expand by purchasing residential and commercial properties in Center City, Northeast Philadelphia and the Delaware County area of Pennsylvania.

In 2000 a new entity, Chancellor Properties, Inc, was formed to provide third party management to Condominiums, Homeowner Associations and Investment Owners.

As a licensed real estate broker our services include residential sales and listings, rental services, condo conversions and capital improvement supervision.
